Создание темы вызвано спором с друзьями, насколько хороши эти фильмы. 2012 - глупый фильм, и ни какой научной основы. Аватар - еще глупее. Ваше мнение?
То что сверху написала - ИМХО. Но все же...

2012 и правда чушь несусветная. Да и спецэффекты как-то не очень впечатлили, если честно. Хотя смотрел в кинотеатре, на большом полукруглом экране.
А вот Аватар, несмотря на всю глупость сюжета, все таки крепкая научная фантастика (а сейчас с ней ой какой дефицит) в традициях старой школы. Классического противостояния добрых и мудрых ученых с злобными и ограниченными вояками не встречал уже очень и очень давно, причем как в кино, так и в литературе :) Но эта вот идиотская любовная линия, она всё портит...

Аватар офигенный фильм. В нём хорошо буквально всё - от, естественно, спецэффектов, до игры актёров. Сюжет может показаться в некоторой степени банальным, концовка ожидаемой, но ведь "Историй всего четыре. Одна, самая старая — об укрепленном городе, который штурмуют и обороняют герои"...
Без любовной линии сюжет был бы неполноценным, имхо.
Посмотрим, во что история выльется в следующих частях.

Камерон уже сказал, что в последующих фильмах (три пообещал вроде бы) будет рассказано о других планетах, а не о Пандоре.

Сегодня в новостях видел что в поисках вдохновения спустился в марианскую впадину в поисках вдохновения, наверное новых персонажей для для аватара ищет.
