+) Section 1. About
===================
  mosCD is a small command line program that compresses and decompresses MOS files. Some versions of the Infinity Engine support compressed MOS files, meaning less disk space is used when storing the files (generally these versions of the Infinity Engine also support non-compressed MOS files as well). Other versions do not support compressed MOS files.

mosCD automatically detects whether the specified MOS file is compressed or decompressed, and takes the appropriate actions (i.e. decompressing compressed files, and compressing uncompressed files).
mosCD should be called from the command line, as demonstrated below:

  moscd sourcefile destinationfile

sourcefile represents the MOS file to take action upon, and destinationfile represents the file to save the results to.
If the output file already exists, no action is taken.

mosCD offers a return value to indicate whether the process was successful or not. The mosCD return codes are listed below.
  0 Process ok
  1 No arguments
  2 Incorrect # of arguments
  3 Output file already exists
  4 Input file does not exist

+) Section 2. (un)Installation
==============================
  mosCD requires no complex installation or uninstallation process.

  To install, simply unzip the moscd(xx).zip archive (where xx represent the release number of the tool) to where you wish the tool to reside.

  To uninstall, simply delete the moscd.exe file.
